Performances and Principles:

1. The surfactant in lyse can dissolve erythrocyte and release hemoglobin.  The hemoglobin concentration can be measured by Colorimetric Method.

2. Leukocytes suspend in the mixture of diluent and lyse and keep constant volume. Then the volume of dilution is drawn through an aperture to be counted.

Active Ingredients: 

Surfactant (20g/L) Sodium Chloride6g/L, Buffering Agent4g/Land Water.

Usage: Open the container cover. Pull the connector of the container out and connect it with the corresponding LYSE tubing.

Storage and Stability:

The Lyse should be stored in relative humidity no higher than 80%, temperature at5-35, non-corrosiveness gas and ventilation in good environment. The Lyse will bestable for one year when thecontainer is complete. 

The expirationdate is marked on the outer container. Use Lyse within three months after opening the container.

Sample Specifications:


The procedures ofthe sample collection should operatestrictly as aseptic technique. Avoidcross contamination.Use blood-collectingtube containing anticoagulant EDTA-K2 for sample collection to avoid blood coagulation. Avoid direct sunlight and safety sealed,because high temperature and dust in the air may affect the sample. The transportation of the blood sample must be kept safe and avoid spill. The blood sample should be sent for examinationwithin 2 hours. If it can not be sent for examination in time, it should be

stored at temperature 4℃~8℃ for cold storage. But deepfreeze should not exceed 4

hours.
